Get Ready for Simple & Quick!

• For air duct cleaning, clear a path to the furnace.
• For carpet cleaning, move small, breakable items off furniture in the areas we’ll be cleaning. If you are able to vacuum the areas in advance, it will help to ensure you receive the deepest clean possible.
• Please secure pets as the door will be slightly ajar during the cleaning.
• It is helpful if we can park in the driveway, as close to an entrance as possible.

During Your Appointment

• Our crews will perform a walk-through with you of the areas we’ll be cleaning and discuss any areas of concern, as well as answer any questions about the cleaning process.
• Our crews will protect your home using corner guards and shoe protectors.
• For carpet cleaning, we will move furniture such as couches, tables, chairs, end tables. We will move them, clean underneath them, and put them back upon completion.
• For air duct cleaning, we will move furniture blocking any vents.

After Your Service

• Payment is due upon completion. We accept checks, cash, and all major credit cards. If you will not be present for the cleaning, please call the office (800-609-1000) ahead of your appointment to put a payment method on file. 
• To accelerate the dry time of your carpet or upholstery, run fans in the areas and keep the temperature of the rooms between 68-72 degrees.
