1. Prepare the Space
Before we arrive, we ask that you clean the space as best you can of any fragile items, like ceramic sculptures or vases, plants, and table lamps. We’ll move most furniture as needed, and work around larger items like china cabinets and entertainment centers. You may wish to vacuum the space beforehand, especially if you have a lot of pet hair, for a more thorough cleaning.
We also ask that you secure your pets for everyone’s safety. We will be in and out and do not want to risk your furry family members escaping! Additionally, payment is due at the time of service, and we accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
2. Inject & Extract
We’ll use our truck-mounted hot water extraction machine to clean your carpets. This process involves injecting super-hot water with our non-toxic emulsifying solution that will break down the grime, and then we’ll suck it all out of your carpet with our extraction tool.
3. Dry and Enjoy!
Once we’re done cleaning your carpet, it does need time to dry. You can walk on it, though we recommend using white socks until the carpet has fully dried. It usually takes 8–10 hours for the carpet to dry, though it some cases it can take up to 24 hours. We request that you leave protective blocks and tabs for 48 hours to ensure that no damage occurs.
