Ken, a dedicated family man who finds joy in attending sporting events and family gatherings, seamlessly integrates his background from the restaurant industry into the MOD team. Though Ken originally thought his passion lay in food, he unearthed his true calling in people, leading to his transition to our team—an endeavor that fills us with immense joy. With his innate connection to people, Ken is frequently seen dismantling obstacles for his team, ensuring they have the resources necessary to thrive in their positions. Should a technician encounter a challenge in the field, Ken promptly leaps into action, offering assistance in any capacity possible. This unwavering commitment to his team and readiness to lend a hand exemplify Ken's status as a Modhero within our ranks.

Ryan B:

With a background in the racing industry, Ryan fills his weekends either at the race track or exploring hiking trails. Beyond his love for racing and trail adventures, Ryan is known for his exceptional eye for detail, ensuring flawless execution of every process. He remains hands-on and fully engaged, especially during our busiest periods, where he's found in the field working on air ducts, cleaning routes, and even assisting with mitigation tasks. Ryan's proactive involvement reflects his dedication to excellence and his commitment to the team's success, truly embodying the essence of a Modhero.

Abbi R:

Whether she's whipping up batches of cookies or cooking breakfast burritos for her team, Abbi brings a touch of culinary delight to our workplace. With a published cookbook featuring an array of pickle recipes, her creativity knows no bounds. Despite her retirement from the Roller Derby circuit, Abbi remains active in organizing events for the sport. As the Branch Manager for two locations, she's constantly on the move, ensuring her teams receive the support they need. Abbi's expertise extends beyond the kitchen; she's a go-to resource for dispatch assistance, readily covering shifts and contributing to quarterly meetings. When the need arises, Abbi jumps into action, assisting with dispatch duties statewide. Her dedication to her team and willingness to lend a hand embody the spirit of a Modhero.

Derek L:

Derek finds joy in visiting wineries and taking leisurely walks with his dog. Known for his adventurous spirit, he frequently indulges in the thrill of polar plunges nearly every weekend. Despite his wild side, Derek's analytical mind has proven to be a significant asset to the team, offering invaluable perspectives. Engaged in his community, Derek actively participates in various events around the TC area, such as TC Connect, the puppy event at the Humane Society, and the Farmers Market at the Commons. Recently, he took initiative to clean up a park and a train, showcasing his dedication to making a positive impact beyond the workplace. Derek's diverse interests and proactive involvement make him an indispensable member of the team, embodying the Modhero ethos in both his professional and personal endeavors.

Dave M: 

Though relatively new to the team, Dave is an individual who thrives on public speaking engagements and actively participates in his church community. Bringing experience in Exterior Cleaning to the table, Dave has already demonstrated his value by providing crucial insights for estimating large commercial cleaning jobs. Known for his Sponge-like ability to absorb everything Mod-related, Dave's positive outlook has significantly uplifted morale at the Saginaw location in the short time he's been with us. His enthusiasm and willingness to learn make him a valuable addition to the team, embodying the Modhero spirit through his proactive engagement and optimistic attitude.

Ken, a true Modhero with over 8 years of dedicated service at Modernistic, consistently astounds us with his performance, dedication, and outstanding work ethic. Known for always going the extra mile for his customers, Ken's commitment shines through in every interaction. In addition to his exemplary customer service, Ken serves as a Field Service Trainer for our new Techs, embodying the Modhero spirit through his expertise and passion for his work. His dedication to excellence and unwavering commitment to the team make watching him in action a true pleasure. Furthermore, Ken's exceptional team-player mentality is evident in the way he uplifts his co-workers, showcasing his outstanding ability to build and support the team.

Allen S:

Allen, a dedicated member of the Modernistic team for nearly 6 years, serves as a Senior Air Duct Tech in Lansing, embodying the Modhero spirit through his Sleeves-Up approach and willingness to lend a hand at any moment. His proactive nature extends to conducting on-site trainings for newer Air Duct Techs, ensuring adherence to precise processes and offering guidance whenever needed. Renowned for his creative problem-solving abilities, Allen brings a unique perspective to the team, enriching discussions with his innovative ideas. Moreover, his proactive mindset extends beyond daily operations as he continuously seeks new opportunities for Modernistic, whether through trade shows, expos, marketing initiatives, or potential commercial endeavors.
