“We had a positive experience with the Air Duct Cleaning service provided by your team members, Jared and Ross. We were thoroughly impressed with their courtesy and professionalism! They called 20 minutes prior to their arrival and honored the scheduled appointment time. They took great care walking around the building to learn where the heating and return ducts are, registers, and even investigated old "dead" registers. They covered the open entrance with plastic to help block out the cold. They were careful with the hoses and mindful of their work areas in relationship to the surroundings. Jared explained the procedure they were using to access the ducts in each room, to ensure a thorough and quality clean. We were shown what type of buildup we had with a new access panel. Not only could we hear the debris being sucked through the hose, but gaps in the old ductwork revealed dirt and other deposits onto the floor below. I don't feel they rushed, he encouraged me to ask questions and didn't mind an audience. We were charged the estimated price. We will recommend Modernistic Air Duct Cleaning Service to the community and call them for our next scheduled service. Great job!”
