1. Prepare the Space
Before the Modteam arrives, please remove any small, fragile items from the space to be cleaned, including knickknacks, plants, and lamps. For larger items like china cabinets or entertainment systems, we will leave them in place and clean around them.
If you have pets, you may wish to vacuum in advance to remove any excess hair, which will help us provide a deeper clean. Please also secure your pets in another room for their safety.

2. Inject & Extract
When our team arrives, we will get started with our state-of-the-art truck-mounted hot water extraction system. This process involves injecting super-hot water with our non-toxic emulsifying solution that will break down dirt and grime, and then we’ll suck it all out of your carpet with our extraction tool.
3. Dry & Use
After cleaning, we recommend leaving your carpet to dry for at least 8–10 hours. In some cases, full drying can take as long as 24 hours. You can walk on it after cleaning if you like, but we recommend wearing white socks if you do to prevent transferring oil and dirt from your feet to the carpet. We will leave protective covers in place that should remain for 48 hours after cleaning.
