Not sure at this point. They cleaned our carpets earlier today & family room carpeting is buckling. Called Modernistic and spoke to a representative, she called the emergency tech but they did not respond. She advised that someone would call me back. I’m still waiting for a call. I phoned again & spoke to another representative, this time I was told he works for the answering service & cannot help me. He took a message and said I would probably get a response on Monday. I find this a bit unusual & poor customer service. I only used them because Rachel Hunter, radio station 99.5, recommends them. It looks like I made a mistake.
