Having used Modernistic on several occasions at multiple addresses, I am incredibly disappointed. I had a confirmed appointment for this morning. After rearranging my schedule to be there for visit, I did not hear from Modernistic this morning as promised. After calling to inquire about the specifc time of their arrival, I was told the scheduler made a mistake and left us off the schedule. No attempt to correct the mistake, only a weak offer to waive the $11 trip charge for our next service. There will not be a next time, Modernistic, you lost a customer based on your pure ineptitude.
