So disappointed! We have loved our service by Modernistic in the past. This year, though, a red line was created in the carpet from the cleaning and while two people came by to examine it, we have never received any more contact. Now two months out, we have not gotten a return call or any resolution to the problem. Sad that we will not be using the service again and will not recommend this to others based mostly on lack of customer service and satisfaction and, of course, the stain left in the carpet.
