   My husband and I recently had our carpets cleaned by your company. I just wanted to say thank you for doing such a wonderful job. Prior to Modernistic coming out, we were really considering getting new carpet. However, after our carpets were cleaned by your company, we were so thankful we decided to give the carpet cleaning route another shot. The carpets look 100% better!

   Just wanted to let you know that Modernistic ‘saved’ Christmas at our house. Yesterday our golden retriever ate all the chocolate out of the kids’ stockings and proceeded to get sick about midway up our beige carpeted steps. Frantically, I called Modernistic around 5:00 p.m. and by 6:30 p.m. or so, and a friendly technician had arrived and saved the day. Not only did he do a fantastic job, but he was very cordial and completed the clean up in a very short time. Just wanted to give a special thanks to Modernistic and let you know, you have one new customer out in Commerce Township. Thanks also to your customer care department who made the extra effort to find someone to come out so late, in such short notice. Merry Christmas to everyone.

    Mark was just here and did my carpets. What a nice young man, what a nice job he does and what a polite man he is as well. I think I’d like to have him do my carpets from now on! I usually get it done twice a year. Perhaps you can give me a call in 6 months

    Don has been coming out to our home for Modernistic for the past nine years. My husband had a heart transplant nine years ago. Two days after this, the transplant office told me that before he could come home, everything would need to be cleaned (carpets, furniture). Modernistic, on very short notice, sent me the best – Don. He’s been coming out twice a year ever since and I think all new ‘rookies’ are assigned to him to be trained correctly. He is a nice guy.

    They worked so hard and it never looked as good as new. I used to use another company but my carpets never looked like this. I got more for my money. Your techs did such a good job I will use them every 3 months. I also signed up for the VIP Club.

    Very good guy (Jay). He called in the morning, told me when he would be here, came right in and went to work. He took his time and did a great job! He needs a week vacation and a raise. I will always use Modernistic.

    Just wanted to say the service men that came out Mike & Alex were the most courteous, polite and very professional. Very good employees you have. They did a excellent job. I would recommend Modernistic Carpet cleaning to everyone I know.

    I just wanted to say what an excellent job Josh and Dan did in my new home. They were very professional and poliet. They both very knowledgable about my heating system. The house smelled “Great” afterwards.
